As a (Senior) Consultant at compreneur AG, you will support medium-sized companies, international corporations or our share in multiple companies in developing and implementing department strategies and transformation projects, in order to promote the sustainable development of the companies. Concept development and alignment with our customers as well as management of project implementation is essential in our project delivery.

Your Contribution
With us, you contribute directly to the success of projects, through:
- Responsible for implementation and successful completion of complex strategic projects with IT focus, on national and international level
- Independent development of tailored frame-works, concepts, department strategies and implementation approaches
- Driving and managing of strategy implementation processes in the context of IT organizations
- Conducting analyzes and calculating business cases
- Take responsibility for (sub-) project management and leadership of team members
- Driving concepts from the idea to the founding of a company

Your Profile
Together we are successful. Therefore, a successful collaboration is priority. We are searching for personalities, with:
- Qualified university degree (e.g., business) informatics, technical informatics, business administration/economics, economics or comparable qualification)
- At least 3-5 years of relevant professional experience (e.g., start-up, corporation/ medium-sized company or a management consultancy)
- Very good analytical and conceptual skills
- Passionate about IT
- Very good project management skills
- Interested in pragmatical solutions, implementation of those and an agile environment
- Aspiration to achieve success with the team
- Interest in entrepreneurial activities
- Ability to deal with uncertain situations
- Communication and moderation skills
- Very good knowledge of English and German, both spoken and written
